Data privacy information of Veranstaltungs- und Kongress GmbH, according to DSGVO for newsletter registrations

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the storage, processing and use of your personal data (name, address and email address) by Veranstaltungs- und Kongress GmbH Rosenheim and Positive Group Deutschland GmbH for advertising purposes (electronic mailing) in relation to the Lokschuppen exhibition center.

You will receive the Lokschuppen newsletter you have subscribed to a maximum of four times a year. Your data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

But, your data will be stored / processed in the following programs / locations and passed on to the following third-party companies for processing:

• VKR server / MS Office 365 (EDV Stadt Rosenheim)
• Positive Group Deutschland GmbH, Wentzingerstr. 21, 79106 Freiburg i.Br., Deutschland (rapidmail)

For legal reasons, a confirmation email is sent to the email address entered at the form when first registrated using the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation email is used to check whether the owner of the email has authorized the receipt of the newsletter. If the link is not confirmed within 14 days, the data concerned will be deleted after this period has expired. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the end of each newsletter.

Right of information (Art. 15 DSGVO)

You have the right to receive information from us at any time about your personal data collected and stored by us as well as about the purpose on which the collection and storage is based without giving reasons.

Right of revocation and objection (Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO)

You have the right to revoke your consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. If you wish to object to the collection, processing or use of your data for electronic mailing, you can send your objection to us informally at any time.

Right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), right to blocking/erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO)

You can have your collected, stored, processed and used data blocked, corrected or deleted at any time if it is no longer required for the performance of the contract. The right to erasure of your stored data does not exist if its erasure is prevented by statutory or contractual retention periods or if, in the absence of a revocation/objection, the data is required for the establishment, content or amendment of a contract or for the processing of (electronic) correspondence and must be stored for these purposes.
