Here we answer the most important and frequently asked questions (FAQ). All of the answers include important information and notes that will help you create an unforgettable experience in our exhibition centre!
Which time span covers the PHARAOH Exhibition?
24th March 2017 to 17th December 2017
The exhibition is open daily! Mo-Fr 09:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sa, Su and public holidays 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m..
What is NOT allowed in the exhibition?
There are cloakrooms outside the foyer where you can store your coats, jackets, bags and so on. Bags larger than the maximum size of A4 will not be accepted. We also cannot accept umbrellas, trolleys, bikes (folding or otherwise) or perishable food. Cloakrooms are free of charge (please ask at the sales desk), but a voluntary donation is welcome.
Are dogs or other animals allowed in the exhibition?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs and other animals in our exhibition rooms.
Is it allowed to take photos?
You can take pictures in the exhibition rooms if you turn off the flash on your phone or camera.
What’s the temperature in the exhibition rooms?
There is a constant temperature of 20 degrees in the exhibition rooms.
Where can I buy tickets?
Regularly at the exhibition sales desk as well as at the Touristinfo Rosenheim. Buy tickets via telephone +49 (0) 8031/ 365 9036 or write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please notice that we don’t offer advanced booking concerning regular tickets! Only for guided flashlight tours and public holiday programs.
What is the validity of my ticket?
Tickets are valid the entire day on the day of your visit.
Can I return an entrance or tour ticket?
Entrance or tour tickets cannot be returned or converted.
Please check, before you buy a ticket, if there are discounts that apply to you! We don’t offer a subsequent discount!
How can I book a guided tour for a group or a school class?
